Roller Sieve for Brick Factory

Materials after hammer crushers will enter the Roller Sieve, which is driven by the motor and shaft. The net of Roller Sieves comes with 3mm diameter, it means if the material size over 3mm, will go back to Hammer Crusher for another crushing process, while the materials size smaller than 3mm can fell on the belt conveyor and enter the mixing machines for next production procedure.
Clay Brick Making Machines are packaged carefully and securely to prevent any damage during transit. The packaging materials used to protect the machines are bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and styrofoam. The boxes are then sealed with strong tape and marked with the appropriate shipping labels. The machines are then shipped via air, sea, or land depending on the needs of the customer.
Finished Brick
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
Below is the sample for finished bricks, the size, shape and hole rate can be customized as the production requirements of clients.
