The machine is used to mix, blend and homogenize broken brick-making materials with water, in order to further enhance the comprehensive plasticity index of raw materials, and greatly improve the appearance quality and yield rate of bricks. It is indispensable raw material processing equipment for brick and tile manufacturers. And it is mainly used for processing of clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash and other raw materials.
The machine consists of transmission reducing mechanism and working mechanism. In order to facilitate transportation and installation, they are installed separately on the engine base; the coupling transmits power to the drive mixing shaft, and the gear pairs drive the driven mixing shaft to rotate in the opposite direction, in order to make the mud materials in box be mixed through the mixing blade and then be pushed to the discharge port.
