Toothed roller crusher is used to crush small and medium-sized clay, shale, coal gangue and other raw materials. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted according to the required crushing particle size. The coarse roller crusher has two compression adjustment springs to prevent excessive or hard materials from entering and damaging the roller ring. The two rollers, of fully automatic solid block making machine, are driven by separate motors by V belts. One roller is fixed in a certain position by adjusting bolt, the other roller's bearing base is fixed by spring, then can move along the rail. Two rollers turn in the opposite direction, to crush materials into smaller size. Scrapers under rollers are equipped to clean adhesive materials, all action are conducted automatically, no human operation required.

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
